About Cally
Cally was hooked on yoga after her first dynamic vinyasa class 7 years ago. The challenging, fluid movements combined with the focus on the breath made her feel present and strong in a way that doesn’t happen all that often when you have ADHD and anxiety! The practice became even more vital in recent years, helping her navigate the ups and downs of early motherhood.
Her background as a classically trained soprano means she is very aware of the breath and how it connects us to our bodies and minds when we use it well. Her classes combine satisfying transitions and strength-building drills to push her students in an enjoyable way. She is passionate about showing others how yoga can make them stronger both mentally and physically!
Cally practices regularly with Sindy Haque, who’s dynamic teaching style and dedication to the practice and her students helped inspire her own teaching journey.
